Exchange, Not Return

We want you to love what you wear. House of Vastrakala offers exchange rather than cash refunds — if a ready-to-wear piece isn't quite right, we'll help you find another from our collection, or the right size in the same piece.

Ready-to-wear pieces can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and carry their original tags. Your first exchange is complimentary; any price difference between the original and new piece is settled either way. Shipping is free on both the original order and the exchange.

Bespoke and made-to-measure garments are crafted to your exact specifications and are not eligible for exchange — but we're always happy to arrange a fitting adjustment with your tailor.
